Paving technology has long been a part of civil architecture especially for the exterior floors. With change and challenges coming along in civil works, paving works appears to be stagnant and confined to very few designs and colors in Pakistan, causing a monotory in exterior flooring, leaving very limited options for architects and designers.
During the last decade wet cast technology has made available a mcuh improved and cost effective pavers which are coated and lacquered and are used to with stand the adversity of rain water, saline sub soil water resistant to fungal attacks and are non degradeable.
Feeling the dire need of a change and necessity of new paving technology, Rockrete strived hard to bring a new life to the paving architecture in Pakistan by introducing the coated and pigmented pavers, which are first of their kind and a very pleasant and Strong Addition to the paving materials in Pakistan.

How To Install Interlockable Pavers
LAYING INSTRUCTIONS:
Sand should be spread and swept over the area and further vibrated to fill joints.
Pavers should be laid with hand tight to pattern on er of 2” sand bed. Complete laying operations like cutting, vibrating and joint filling (with sand) are to be done on the same day.
It is important to note that the laying operations should not be done on a piecemeal basis. It should be completed in all aspects on the same day.
Joints should be filled with clean dry sand, so that it flows better and fills joints effectively. Curbing: There should be adequate restraint around the perimeter of all paved area to support traffic loads and to prevent the lateral movement of laying course material from beneath the paved surface. It is recommended to provide a slope of 3” on the wider side and 2” on the linear side for every 10’ of laying area.
